IZGGI ("**IZGGI**," "**we**," "**us**," or "**our**") owns and operates the website izggi.com (the "**Site**") and the modern fashion clothing brand sold through it, including our men's and women's apparel collections (shirts, denim, essentials, co-ords, dresses, and related accessories), our in-store retail location, and our marketing, styling, and community content (including "Shop the Look" features and customer reviews).
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you browse the Site, visit our store, shop with us online, or otherwise interact with IZGGI, how we use and share that information, and the choices and rights available to you. By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
## 1. Personal Information We Collect
### a) Information You Give Us
- **Account & contact details:** name, email address, phone number, date of birth (if provided for birthday offers), and password when you create an account or newsletter/WhatsApp subscription.
- **Order information:** billing and shipping address, items purchased, size and fit selections, payment information (processed by our payment partners — see Section 4), and order history.
- **Style profile & preferences:** sizing preferences, favorite categories (e.g., Denimize, Essentials, Co-ords), wishlist and saved items, and styling preferences you share with us (e.g., during in-store fittings or exchanges).
- **Customer service & reviews:** messages you send our support team, product reviews and ratings you submit, and photos you choose to upload with a review.
- **Returns & exchanges:** information you submit when you initiate an exchange or return, including reason for return and bank/UPI details for refunds where applicable.
### b) Information We Collect Automatically ("Device Information")
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect information about your device and browsing activity, including your IP address, browser type, time zone, referring/exit pages, the products and pages you view, and how you interact with the Site. We collect this using:
- **Cookies** — small data files stored on your device (including to remember your currency/location selection).

- **Web beacons, tags, and pixels** used for analytics and advertising (including for retargeting on platforms like Meta and Google).
### c) Information From Third Parties

By using the Site, you agree to allow us and our third-party partners to process your IP address to estimate your location for currency conversion, and to store your selected currency in a session cookie so pricing remains consistent as you browse. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions (for example, currency selection or your cart contents).
We do not alter our data collection practices in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
## 4. How We Share Your Personal Information
We share personal information only as needed to run our store and only with the following categories of recipients:
- **E-commerce & platform providers** (e.g., our storefront platform) that power the Site and process orders.
- **Payment processors and gateways** that securely handle payment (card, UPI, net banking, wallets, and cash-on-delivery verification) — we do not store your full card details ourselves.

Opting out will not stop all advertising, but it will make ads less tailored to your interests.
## 6. Data Retention
We retain your order and account information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy — including managing your order history, warranty/exchange requests, and our legal, tax, and accounting obligations — unless you ask us to delete it (subject to Section 8). Device Information collected via cookies is generally retained for a shorter period consistent with the lifetime of the relevant cookie.
## 7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, port, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing (including marketing).
- **India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023):** As an Indian business, we process your personal data as a "Data Fiduciary." You have the right to access your data, seek correction and erasure, nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, and file a grievance with us (see Section 10) or with the relevant Data Protection Board.
- **EU/UK/EEA residents:** You have rights under the GDPR to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it. We process your information to fulfil orders and pursue our legitimate business interests as described above; your data may be transferred to and processed in India and other countries where our service providers operate.
- **All customers:** You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages at any time using the link/instructions in those messages, or by contacting us directly. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to what we must retain for legal, order-history, and fraud-prevention purposes.

## 8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information — including encrypted checkout and restricted access to customer data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
## 9. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for users who are 18 years or older, or who are using the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
