Thank you for choosing Izggi. We hope you’re pleased with your purchase, but in the event that an item isn’t quite right, we offer a return and exchange policy to address your needs. While refunds are not available, we’ve detailed the steps below to help you navigate the process with ease
Return and Exchange Process
Returns:
• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unused
and undamaged items. All items must be returned in their original condition, including original tags and packaging.
• Refunds: Please note that we do not issue refunds; however, we provide store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item, minus the shipment processing fee of ₹300.
• Store Credit Usage: Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance and can be applied to a one-time purchase. If the total purchase is less than the store credit, the remaining balance will be forfeited, as the credit cannot be divided across multiple purchases.
• Initiating the Store Credit Process: To start the return process, log into your customer account and submit an Return request through our Exchange or Return portal. Once confirmed, we will provide further instructions. After inspection and quality check (QC) of the returned item, the store credit process will be initiated and sent on your email.
Exchanges:
• Eligibility: Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Only size exchanges or similar product exchanges are available, provided the items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Exchange can only be done once.
• Size Exchange: Items can be exchanged for a different size, provided they meet the eligibility criteria (unused, original packaging, and tags intact).
• Product Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a similar product of equal or greater value, this must be done within 14 days of delivery, following the same condition requirements.
• Initiating an Exchange: To start the exchange process, log into your customer account and submit an exchange request through our Exchange or Return portal. Once confirmed, we will provide further instructions.
Returns & Exchanges Guidelines
• Packaging Guidelines: Please ensure the item is securely packaged with the box thoroughly taped to prevent damage. You will receive a return label, and we request you share a picture showing the box properly sealed before dispatch.
• Inspection and Quality Check: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and connect with you over email to guide you through the next steps of selecting your replacement item.
Shipping Cost& Delivery Guidelines:
Domestic Exchanges (within India): For exchanges within India, we will arrange a pickup for the returned item. If the courier is unable to collect the shipment on the first attempt, a second attempt will be made. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the responsibility of shipping the item back to our company address will fall on the customer.
International Exchanges (outside India): For exchanges originating outside of India, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please ensure the shipment is securely packaged and labelled correctly before dispatching it to our address.
Izggi is committed to delivering your order promptly and efficiently. Please take note of the following shipping guidelines:
• Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery is expected within 5-8 business days, though this may vary based on your location and prevailing weather conditions.
• Operational Hours: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Please note that shipments are not dispatched on public holidays.
•Order Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number on your email, allowing you to monitor your order’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep.
Special Offers Policy:
Izggi values its customers and frequently offers promotions. However, there are specific terms governing purchases made under special offers:
• 10% First Order Discount: Items purchased with the 10% first-order discount are eligible for exchange, store credit, and returns at the discounted price. This is the sole exception where special offer purchases can be returned or exchanged under the original offer terms.
• Other Special Offers: Items purchased under any other special offers can only be exchanged for products of equal or greater value. These items are not eligible for returns or store credit.
