Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please review our policy below to understand your options.

Returns
• Return Window:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Eligibility:
Items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• With all tags and original packaging intact
• Refunds (Prepaid Orders Only):
• Full refunds are only applicable on prepaid orders
• Refunds will be processed after successful quality check (QC)
• Store Credit:
• Approved returns may alternatively be issued as store credit
• Store credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue
• Store credit can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is exhausted
• Clearance Items:
Products purchased under clearance sale or final sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit

Exchanges
• Exchange Window:
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Eligibility:
Items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• With all tags and original packaging intact
• Type of Exchanges:
• Size Exchange: Exchange for a different size of the same product
• Product Exchange: Exchange for a product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by customer)
• Exchange Limit:
Each order is eligible for one exchange only
• Clearance Items:
Products purchased under clearance sale or final sale are not eligible for exchange or return

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Log into your Izggi account
2. Submit a request through the Exchange/Return Portal
3. Follow the instructions shared after approval

All returned items will undergo a quality check (QC) before approval.

Important Guidelines
• Items that fail quality check (used, damaged, missing tags/packaging) will not be accepted
• Ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit
• Izggi reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet eligibility criteria

Terms & Conditions
• Refunds are only applicable on prepaid orders
• Izggi does not offer refunds for non-prepaid (e.g., COD) orders
• Returns are eligible for refund or store credit (excluding clearance items)
• Exchanges and returns are subject to product availability
• If the requested product/size is unavailable, an alternative must be selected
• All decisions made post-inspection are final
• Izggi reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice
